I highly recommend Dr. Smith and this location. The front desk staff are warm, kind, and efficient. Dr. Smith takes the time to listen to you, answer questions, and provide a wealth of information and treatment options. I am glad to have switched to this ophthalmology practice.

This office is incredible. The staff is extremely prompt and courteous. Dr. Smith always takes plenty of time to listen to any questions or concerns you may have regarding your visit. We (entire family) have never felt rushed in our eye exams. This is a fantastic office. As far as the billing comment above. We did experience a billing issue. Once I called the office they were quick to respond and explained that their billing is all done out of their office and they would look into the issue. I had a call back in under twenty four hours ( this is only because I called at the end of the day) and the entire issue was resolved with extreme gratitude in letting them know and they apologized several times for the mistake. We have found that this office truly cares about the entire patient experience. Five stars to this office is a must, from someone who has never given a google review.

Stacy Smith MD is the best eye doctor that I have ever seen. She just completed cataract surgery on my second eye and my sight appears to be good as the first eye she did. I am here to tell you. I have ended up with 20/20 vision and can see colors that I haven't seen in years. If I could, I would hug and kiss her on the cheek. I'm so thrilled. She is the nicest person, and cares about your vision. Whoever gave her the one rating is just a dam whiner. I love what see did for me and my eyes..,!

Dr. Smith was nice, thorough, and took my wife as a patient on an urgent basis on the same day. As an ophthalmologist myself with over 30 years of clinical experience, I can recommend her without reservation.

I have had my eyes examined by all 3 doctors throughout the years. Wonderful experience every time. I have never waited longer than 5 minutes in the waiting room. I called the billing office to pay my balance after insurance, she was very kind and efficient. I would highly recommend Dr. Smith, Dr. Bowman or Dr. Fassio.

Over a year ago I had an urgent need to see an ophthalmologist and Dr. Smith took me on as a new patient without delay. She impressed me not only with the depth of her knowledge, but the careful nuance she used in sharing it. (The opposite of 'dismissive'). Refreshing. She is kind, competent, and a real 'find.' She's changed practices/locations since then, but I plan to use her henceforth regardless of the drive duration.

I'm so glad I found Dr. Smith. She gave me so much information about my eyes that know other eye Dr. has told me. She gave me so much great information and referals. She is so professional and caring, she has a great staff also. Thank you Dr. Smith you are the best! Thank you Linda Taylor

I love Dr. Smith. She was the only one who listened to my daughter about not being able to see far at night when she drives. She recommended glasses for her. She is very thorough n what she does and takes the time to listen to you.
