The most amazing people and service! I took my grandmother who has since passed, here a couple months ago, they were beyond helpful! We showed up for our appointment and they came out to the car to help us get inside (grandma had trouble walking). They proceeded to help her try on so many frames to find the perfect size, shape, and color for her! We left beyond satisfied! They were so quick to have them back! When we came back they brought and fitted her frames for her from the car! Anyone who has ever cared for any elderly know how amazing it was to not have to leave the car! My grandma loved this place and its people, they gained the whole family as customers<3

I was due for a fresh eye exam and updated prescription. So I ended up going to EME, due to all the great reviews online. I was definitely not disappointed! Jodie and Sisa are the best! Not only were the they very friendly and had a great sense of humor, they knew their stuff! I clicked with them immediately. Personalities aside, I was very impressed, Jodie did some of the insurance leg work for me when some discrepancies came up. They call back, they follow through and check back in! Seems to be harder and harder lately to find companies that actually have customer service, and great rapport with customers. Give them a shot, you won't be disappointed!

I've been wearing glasses for more than 40 years, and Jodie is the best I've been to in several different states. Her personal attention is peerless; she has an excellent selection of cutting-edge frames (and also some less dramatic ones, to fit every taste; also she has many very reasonably-priced ones); she has superb doctors to help with even tricky exams. She also fixed some glasses I bought elsewhere (will never do that again) after six different "professionals" had tried and failed. As others have commented, East Millcreek and Jodie are simply the best.

Jody is a life/job saver! Broke my frameless progressive glasses. Couldn't find anyplace to fix them in the 1 week before I leave town for work. EME was referred to me by a happy client. Not only did Jody fix my glasses in an hour but she also gave me a great repair kit and a much needed hug! Can't recommend her enough!
