The doctor was great The office staff unfortunately it was not so good. When I got there, they put in my insurance. Let me go through the exam and left me on the floor for twenty minutes to pick out glasses before they came over and told me that my insurance is out of network and that it would only cover about thirty to fifty dollars of my frames. My normal coverage is about two hundred and fifty dollars i was extremely frustrated that I wasted time there and that the guy at the counter did not tell me that my insurance was out of network and could cause me issues before I spent almost 2 hours there.

I experienced some of the best in-person customer service I've had at Eyeglass World, particularly from Colin! My eye insurance is reimbursement based and I had made a mistake in how I ordered my glasses. Colin patiently helped me fix it, despite the mess I'd made. He even pointed out how to get more "bang for my buck" and helped me maximize my allowable reimbursement. He was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful.

Came in on a Monday around noon, only one other person in the store being helped at the desk. After my boyfriend and I picked out our frames, intending to do the 2 for $99 deal, we stood at the desk waiting for about 20 minutes before someone even spoke to us. There were 2-3 staff there, not including the manager who was also walking around. Fax machine and email was down, so we had to drive to a completely different location to print off a prescription. We asked the woman helping us if we could do 2 different prescriptions for the $99 deal, and she said that would be fine. It took about 20 more minutes to finally be sat down at a desk to get the glasses ordered. it wasn't until this point that the same woman told us the 2 for 99 deal is PER PATIENT, even though she said earlier it could be different prescriptions. We are now leaving at 2pm, and I've never been more frustrated with the level of service somewhere in my life. My boyfriend ended up getting two pairs for himself and I got none because I was so done with the BS and just wanted to leave at that point.

Absolute worst experience! They told me my appointment was at one location, when I got there they told me it was at a different location. Since it was their mess up I asked them to call the other store to let them know what happened so my appointment didn't get canceled, they didn't. I was about 15 min past my appointment time and as I was stepping out of my vehicle I got a text they canceled the appointment. When I went inside they said they were unable to fit me in. There was literally no one in their store. Lazy, incompetent, not to mention extremely rude even after I explained it was their mess up not mine. The lady working rolled her eyes at me and met me with the worst attitude of intolerance like I put her so out when in fact they put me out! My time, my gas, who's compensating me for that? I've never been treated so poorly by an eyeglass place in my entire life!

I bought a pair of glasses for $307.00. I don't use the spray cleaner or the alleged cleaning cloth to clean them. I had them since May 2025 AND they are so muddled that I have to buy dollar store glasses to see clearly. The anti-reflective coating is so worn you can see the glare in my pictures. This is the 2nd pair of clear lenses that failed within 6 months. Nice enough, they're replacing these with a new pair. I'm leery because the rate these demolish are great. What are they using? I have glasses from America's Best that don't degrade like Eye Glass World does. I'm going to get this free pair wear them, and buy NEW glasses at America's Best after the start of the new year. In 6 months I will compare the lenses. Based on past experience I'm pretty sure America's Best will remain the better lens. AVOID Eyeglass World. I believe I'm getting the free pair in order to keep my business. When you look at the pictures you will see foggy, muddled lenses that look scratched but actually the coating used has rubbed in a way that it looks like the coating was applied with very little diligence on the craftsmanship part.

I can't say enough good things about my experience here! I signed up last-minute for the final appointment of the day on a Saturday, expecting a rushed exam, but Colin and Dr. Mitchell could not have been kinder or more patient, even when my exam took a bit of extra effort and time. Everyone that I interacted with was friendly and helpful. Price was good, cheaper than I expected, and they got me in right on time.

Oh my gosh! They were so wonderful!! My son hasn't had glasses in weeks and so we came to eye glass world because I know they have a fast turn around time, but when the technician or doctor(not sure who it was) heard that my son hadn't had glasses in weeks he told us to wait and he did them RIGHT THEN! it was seriously so kind. And we were so grateful, especially my son. Thank you!!

Went there 3 times. 1st time they could not help me because a manager was needed to reset their vision insurance. Told to come back next day at 4. Went back next day and manager told me their home office went home for the day come back tomorrow. I did and they told me to give them my number and they would call me back for when their system was fixed. I went to two other places and got the glasses I wanted the same day. Both were slightly higher. Eyeglass world's bad customer service cost them lost sales of eight pair of glasses after I got two pairs and took wife, brother, son and daughter to their competitor.
