I feel ROBBED I had a virtual consultation with them for an upper eyelid surgery and they charged me 50 dollars for a 5 minute consultation after that I had set an appointment I had taken vacation time to do this surgery and I wanted to confirm I called the practice multiple time they said I had to talk with the surgeon assistant but they would pass my message forward when I FINALLY talked with the assistant she told me she had not received a single message but my appointment simply didn't exist after I had made it prior to having the consultation done but she said she would talk with the doctor about a refund and I never heard from her again after that I called the practice again and they said if I still want the surgery it would be 1,000 dollars more they tried to get MORE money out of me for a mistake they made after that they told me they won't refund the 50 dollars and to "go find another surgeon" so they took my 50 dollars and I had just wasted my vacation time for no reason i reached out to the doctor and guess what HE READ THE MESSAGE AND IGNORED IT I have never in my entire life seen such an professional practice
