I had a great experience with David Eastman. He was kind and polite, but straight to the point and quick. He let me know that my eyes were healthy, explained why he believed that, asked me if I had any other questions, and then we were on our way out. I really appreciated that! The team working at LensCrafters was great too, especially the lady at the front desk, she was very friendly. The fellas in the front room were very helpful as well. One of them brought me a few pairs of glasses to try on, which I thought was kind.
Overall, I had a great experience! Very quick and easy.

Great experience, new to SLC and needed eye exam, so straight to Lenscrafters and ION Vision is the optometrist inside Lenscrafters (normally would never go to big chain) however glad I did. Service was outstanding. Wed (reception) was friendly and welcoming and the optometrist was friendly and thorough explaining the images their state of the art new equipment for eye imaging (worth the upgrade from standard dilation). I will go back to this place no questions asked. Thank you for a great experience.

I was so pleased to be able to get an appointment the next day, whereas with Ophthalmologist my appt was at least a 3 month wait. They have an instrument that can photograph the back of the eye without the dilating drops. I was very happy with my exam and will certainly go back again.

Not only were they so unprofessional when I scheduled my last appointment that I canceled it and found a new eye doctor, but their prices have gone up so much that it doesn't make sense to go to them for the services they provide.

Fast, simple, and Dr. Eastman is great. I've gone here a few times over a few years and Dr. Eastman help me get set up with contacts I actually like. The front desk people are always nice, but they do have to deal with computers and software that seems to be slow and fairly glitchy. So there might be errors that come up but they're always patient to fix them. The worst part about this place is that it's connected to LensCrafters. I have never had any of the LensCrafters employees attempt to be halfway decent human beings. I have both gotten attitude when I ask them if I can go in back and if I don't ask them anything. But the ion vision employees themselves have been great!
