I had to travel to Utah for business and before I left, I went to a LensCrafters at home and they were not able to make my transitions lenses before I had to leave for Utah. So I had a pair of non-transition lenses made and was told that I could return them within 30 days. When I got to Utah, I went to this LensCrafters and was helped by an employee named Josh, even though it was quite a process for Josh. He stuck with me and was a huge help. He ended up getting me a better price than I would've ever gotten in Los Angeles even though the store was very busy. He gave me his complete attention. I am incredibly grateful for his help this man needs a raise. I highly recommend this location because of Josh. I would give him 10 stars if I could.

My visit to LensCrafters was great. I needed to update my prescription, but I hadn't been to a vision center since I moved to Utah a few years ago. Everyone made it quick and easy. Wed and Mikelle in the eye center were phenomenal. They quickly got me in as a walk-in new patient and made everything pleasant, friendly, and professional. The doctor was relatable and thorough. Ordering my new frames and lenses was great. It felt more like a personal style consultation than a visit to the eye doctor. They immediately became my new "go-to" for whatever I need.

I cannot say enough amazing things about my experience at LensCrafters, especially with Scott. I broke my glasses this morning while being over 1,000 miles away from home and my usual optometrist, and it truly felt like a crisis. I called LensCrafters and spoke with Scott, who immediately made me feel calmer and gave me several helpful options. He even recommended a repair shop that works with broken metal frames (which was exactly my situation) and also offered to see if he could find frames that would fit my existing lenses. After trying a few other places, I ended up going to LensCrafters and finally got to meet Scott in person -- and he was even more kind, patient, and understanding face-to-face. He took the time to look through so many frames to find the closest possible fit for my lenses, and he genuinely cared about helping me, not just making a sale. Not only did Scott completely save my day, but he also helped me get into frames that actually fit my face properly. For years I've dealt with glasses that smash into my nose and constantly slide down, and he fixed that problem for me. On top of that, he even gave me the option to try contact lenses with a trial, just to make sure I had a backup while traveling. Scott went above and beyond in every way possible. His kindness, patience, and dedication truly turned a stressful situation into an amazing experience. If you go to this LensCrafters, I truly hope you get the chance to work with Scott -- he is an absolute gem and a huge asset to this store. What an incredible experience I had at City Creek LensCrafters! This beautiful store has the very best selection of high-end frames and I found many that I adored before ordering my favorites! I worked with Scott who was incredibly knowledgeable, professional and kind. He has a gift for recommending just the right frame shape & color with your face! I had an amazing experience at LensCrafters in City Creek (Salt Lake City), all thanks to Nathan! From the moment I walked in, he went above and beyond to help me understand my prescription. Not just handing it to me, but actually taking the time to explain what it meant for my vision and what to expect. He was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and made the whole process easy and comfortable. Nathan also helped shape and adjust my new glasses to fit perfectly. He didn't stop until everything was just right. It's rare to find someone who genuinely cares about both the product and the customer experience. Nathan was that person for me. Highly recommend asking for him if you go in!

Came inside looking to get my glasses tightened since a screw got loose and they helped me for free even thought I didn't buy anything, their customer service was great and they also offered to check my girlfriends glasses. Top notch! Thank you so much for your help Sean!

Excellent customer service. After years of buying glasses here without any issues, I noticed one minor detail about my last pair of glasses I wasn't thrilled with seven weeks after I bought them. The issue could be corrected with occasional readjustment. Instead of readjusting my glasses, they remade them and permanently eliminated the issue without me even asking for that accommodation. They put my satisfaction above profit.
