Dr. McKell is amazing! He is professional, thoughtful and thorough in delivering the results of my exam. Sta of the Art equipment allowed an early diagnosis of an eye condition.
He provided dietary instructions and the proper and reliable site to gather more information. You never feel as though you are being rushed and the next patient is more important. Support staff also very easy to work with. You will not be disappointed.

The website allowed me to schedule an appointment and displayed a confirmation message. I arrived at my appointment time and they said the doctor wasn't in so they couldn't see me or do anything to help. I asked them to renew my prescription from last time and they also couldn't help.
I previously had a good experience with Dr. McKell but evidently the office is relying on defective scheduling software which wastes people's time. I would recommend using a different doctor whose website does not accept appointments they cannot honor.

Had a great experience! Dr Minervini was fanatic. I was a nervous walking in and I didn't understand the process or the tests. She took the time to explain everything and made me feel comfortable. Everything from booking the appointment to checking in was seamless. The staff was professional, incredibly nice, helpful and explained everything. They had all the state of the art machines. I was there for both a glasses and contact lenses updated prescription. Usually they have to dilate your eyes for contact lenses exams but they had a machine that could do the same thing. So I didn't have to worry about driving myself home. Dr. McKell was very personable and explained everything in detail about what was going on with my eyes. He gave me three different manufacturers contacts samples (1 week supply for each manufacturer) to try at home to see which I liked best before ordering. I definitely recommend Dr. McKell and Salt Lake City Eye Care.
