Annie was AMAZING!!! She helped me find my perfect pair of glasses, and was very patient with me. She went into detail on what the addons for the glasses were, as well as which frames would be best for me! Annie not only knows what she's doing, she's also very sweet and it was such a pleasure talking with her!

The doctor was excellent and communicative . Definitely the best I've ever seen & ive been having glasses since I was 7 y.o.
Very happy to recommend. Only $80 for both contacts & glasses prescription. But don't but contacts at Sams they think they have you bamboozled but the price is way too high!

Its important to know that Dr. Alan Gummow charges $160 dollars for a 2 year contact and glasses prescription. They tell you when you call in its $80 dollars but that is only for 1 year prescription. Its also important to know that the Dr's office markets/sells contacts for $.15.88 a box but that the Dr will not prescribe them even though they sell a contact brand that is $15.88 a box. Its also important to know that the Dr. will prescribe you a certain brand of contacts and charge you a fitting fee. If you find these brands to not fit well and ask the Dr to change the brand he will have you come in and charge another fitting fee to change the brand. This is the experience we had and will never go to this Dr. again. It's clear that the Dr. Alan Gummow runs a for profit business with his patients coming 2nd to that.

I've gone to this specific Sam's Club Optical Department for years. They are awesome and so helpful. I have especially loved working with the Opt Dept Manager. She worked with my insurances and helped me find the best deals when I no longer had insurance. After an accident that caused serious damage to my eyes I needed special help with the changes that come with multiple surgeries. I just wanted to say thank you.

SLOW. Not the best customer service. I order contacts online and go in to pick them up. It takes on average 10-45 minutes just to pick them up. It literally takes under 2 minutes for them to grab them for me. Today It was obvious the one person was overwhelmed and was helping other people. BUT no acknowledgment. Or any greetings. I waited 45 minutes until she acknowledged me and then helped me. Sometimes they will acknowledge you then help you quickly knowing that it would be quick... Not today. I'm pretty sure I'll stop using this optical. Not worth it. 1-800- contacts it is. My time is more important that the $20 I'd save.

ZERO STARS! Awful experience - they are a contractor w/ Sam's Club and would rather cheat you on a refund than give proper customer service. "Brad" threatened not to fill the prescription because it took a little longer to get it right - DO NOT recommend. Sam's Club can do better than this contractor. Rates 0 stars!
