Just ridiculous. I've ordered a pair of contacts since December 2023. It is August 26, 2024 and still no contacts. Nobody will answer except for sugarhouse. I mentioned to them how frustrating it is because nobody will answer the phone. I've a had a wait nine months. I've been patient Enough. And when I expressed my frustration with them, they said well I'm happy you were able to talk to me today but yet they didn't resolve anything.

This place is a damn joke and they never answer their phones. It's always ringing as busy. My children have Medicaid so we are limited on options when it comes to prescription glasses. It took forever just to get my son in for an appointment and because he's a child his glasses easily break. Can't help that when kids constantly break stuff. Asked for a replacement two months ago and have not heard back from them. Keep calling once a week to try and get an update and their phone always rings busy, such a joke and I don't have time throughout the week to go and visit this place as I work during their office hours but now it seems I have to take time off just to physically go into the office when a simple phone call would've helped me significantly!!!!!!!

I ordered contact lenses 4/2024, 5 months later not only I have no contact lenses, but they are refusing to issue a refund claiming that I owe them $350 from 2.5 years ago. They are falsely claiming that my insurance failed to pay at that time. I've always done self pay with them and paid all my bills at the time of service.

Would give 0 stars if could. Spent 2 hrs trying to book an apt via phone and web and wouldn't work. Finally drove to a place and they booked an apt and said "oh sorry google has our phone numbers wrong. Oh and we are doing a new scheduling system so the website doesn't work" that was it. Well I just arrived for my apt I waited A MONTH TO GET and the gd store is closed. Didn't get an email or phone call notification or anything. They are an wffing nightmare to work with. Go LITERALLY ANYWHERE ELSE!

Wish I could leave 0 stars. I ordered replacement lenses for my daughter's frames almost 4 months ago and they still have no idea when they will be ready. Very, very poor business model. They try to place the blame on the manufacturer but if that is the true culprit switch manufacturers. My daughters current lenses are cloudy and scratched and are causing her migraines, I am so furious! I will say the person i spoke to on the phone this last time (after 4 prior calls with no update) was kind and considerate. Please read all of the most current reviews, this is not an isolated problem. Take your business elsewhere.

I had my eye exam and ordered 2 pairs of glasses on March 20th 2024. Today is July 21st 2024. 4 mo. They still have not come in I called, they keep telling me back order delays. There's no excuse for this long of a back order and now, when I call the store they won't answer the last 3 times I've tried to get ahold of them. And I don't want to refund.I want my glasses.I love the frames that I picked out.I've never had it take longer than two weeks to get a pair from any eye care provider. They can never make it up to me. Lost all hope and a customer with Opicare. Update 8/20/24: I went in person.
To the West Valley office and a handwritten sign on the door said closed no communication and still NO glasses. I have called the corporate number.I have called other locations and no one will answer the phone.
