Horrible rip off! The only reason I went here is because the woman working there game me a quote of $223 out the door. But when it was all said and done it ended up costing me $380 with the eye exam, for basic lenses. They charged me $70 for each lense!? I've never had that happen anywhere, ever! All in all the woman who quoted me$223 dollars is a straight liar. There is no other way to put it. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy let alone someone I cared about! Tricked me into the one time sale at the cost of basic integrity. Should have just been honest with me on the estimate. Is I could give zero stars I would!!!!

Not all heroes wear capes. Jude is quite possibly the nicest woman I've ever met. She really went the extra mile to help me out after having a bad experience at the West Valley Walmart. She made my whole (terrible) week better. Compassionate and understanding. Someone give this woman a raise. Walmart has no idea how lucky they are this woman works there.

When I came in with an issue with my glasses, Mariah quickly took care of it by fixing them expertly and even took the extra step to clean them, making them look brand new. Impressively, she did all this free of charge, which was a pleasant surprise. It's rare to encounter such genuine customer service and kindness.
