Beautiful shop with friendly, efficient staff. I was greeted warmly as I walked in the door. My appointment with Dr. Michael Conklin was excellent. As soon as I was checked in, Dr. Michael came out and escorted me to the exam room. The exam itself was thorough and he explained everything clearly. I left feeling confident that my eyes are in good shape. I look forward to my eye exam with Dr. Michael every year!

This was one of the best experiences I've had! Taylor made me feel like family from the second I opened the door. She got me checked in and helped me choose some incredible frames from their amazing collection. She walked me through each step of the process. Taylor helped me understand my insurance and made sure I got the most value out of it. 15/10 service! Dr. Conklin was fantastic as well and made me feel very comfortable. He built amazing rapport and I trust him so much. The whole process was truly remarkable. I cannot recommend them enough.

We got notification the next day that my glasses are already shipped to the wrong address, despite verifying with the attendant our correct address twice. I am not going to dock stars for the local company, but the corporate Warby Parker needs to review their logistic, I just hope they got the right prescription.
