I had LASIK surgery here yesterday. The staff was awesome and it was a great experience. I went in on Tuesday for the consultation and had surgery by Friday. They were upfront about everything and have a lifetime warranty. I'm pretty sure I can see better than I could with glasses and my eyes haven't healed all the way yet. I didn't experience any discomfort or pain after. They exceeded my expectations and I really appreciated that my Dr. also let me know what to expect before each step of the process. It was an amazing life changing experience

My Doctor and Anthesialigist were excellent in explaining what would take place during the procedure and their answers put me at ease. I had a ocular implant that was displaced. Time was of the essence because if it became completely dislodged it was going to be much more serious. But Dr Zavodni went above and beyond. He worked hard to get surgery done that very day and they all work to get a team together so it could happen. They were all very kind and considerate explained everything to me. I felt like I was being taken care of exceptionally well. I appreciate the entire team that made it happen.

2 solid hours of waiting. It seemed as if no one even noticed how long we waited at every stage of the appointment. No apology from the doctor or mention of the inconvenience at all. Seems like the techs and doctors really know their stuff, but I cannot plan for an unknown 2 hour delay in my family's schedule.

Every staff member at eye institute is friendly, compassionate and efficient from the front desk to the physicians. Dr. Zavodni went the extra mile to quickly obtain insurance authorization before my emergent surgery. Dr. Gensure came in on her day off to perform the retinal portion of my surgery. Dr. Zavodni and Gensure always made sure that I understood every procedure/surgery. I always felt confident that my vision could be restored because of their expertise but more because of their compassion and bedside manner. I will always be so thankful for the excellent care and concern that I received from Dr. Zavodni and Dr. Gensure
