This company is great. Ignore the reviews I promise just come in an experience them yourself. They treated me my son and my daughter so well and he was very nervous the eye doctor was great and didn't push any boundaries with my sons comfortability. Each time I'm here it's a great deal and a great experience. Melissa was especially kind in helping me get my son's glasses just how he wants them and even provided me with a solid case that my son will have a harder time breaking. Thank you americas best!

I went in for the first part of an exam and the young girl couldn't answer the simplest of questions. When I asked for details about additional screenings, she got more and more frustrated and just kept repeating herself and talking in circles, telling me the reason people chose one test over another was because in this economy some people try to save money. Not exactly sound medical advice. When I asked for a doctor to come explain the test to me so I could make an informed decision, she said they were too busy. The more questions I asked the more she raised her voice at me and told me I wasn't listening. I left the store and have rebooked in Farmington. Hopefully I will have a better experience there since this is where my insurance covers.

DO NOT use their virtual visit. Huge waste of time. First it was not clear I was booking a "virtual" visit. After waiting 90 minutes to be seen I asked how much longer it would be and learned it would likely be another 60 minutes. When asked why so long they simply said the virtual visits take longer. If that is the case then you should give more time between visits so patients are not waiting unnecessarily. I eventually left. They have no regard for their patient's time. Will not be be back.

I went in to get pair of eye wear glass found a pair that I like and the guy tells me oh you can't get any of the pair of eye wear glasses because of your prescription even though me andy fiance have the exact same prescription. So I went to the website for pair eyewear and I'll get my glasses in 2 weeks. This last time going there was the worst experience ever the guy was rude ignorant and didnt know what he was doing I was prepared to buy the glasses there but no they just didn't know what they were doing. I'm never going here again. This was just a horrible experience I'll just continue getting my glasses online from now on . Well after reaching out to the corporate email they gave me they keep saying they'll have someone reach out over and over again but no one ever does it's very obvious this place does not care about there customers what so ever. I wouldnt go here again if my life depended on it.

I have worn glasses and had yearly eye exams for over 25 years. Dr. Le is the best eye doctor I have seen. She is quick and efficient, but explains things extremely well. She is *always* friendly. See you again next year, Dr. Le. Thanks!

I loved my experience here. I was so nervous, worried that my eyes were worse than I thought. However, everything turned out to be okay. Arllette helped me out today & made me feel so comfortable. She helped me decide on lenses, even though I was very indecisive. She took her time on me. Can't wait for my glasses!

It is sad to have them make the same mistake time and time again. Ordered new frames with few extra accessories. Received a message saying that everything was ready to pick up. I went and... nope. Only the frames. OK, mistakes happened. Reorder in place. Then, I received a message that all was ready to pick up. NOPE. Only one of the accessories was ready. On top of it, the lady greeting us and helping me, gave me the clear impression that she does not enjoy her job or the fact that she was there a Saturday.

Today I went in and Vasti helped me she was absolutely amazing! I was freaking because I didn't know what was wrong with my eye and I was worried I wasn't going to be able to see the doctor but she got me right in and the entire experience was quick and painless and extremely helpful and reassuring! Thank you Vasti you are amazing!
