Baker Donald OD

Dr Baker is a caring professional who makes eye exams interesting and pleasant. He spends the right amount of time, listens patiently, engages (both me and my teen boys), and offers up great suggestions in a "budget aware" sort of way. Kind, and with a quick, dry sense of humor, you get the feeling that he really cares. We love this guy!

Dr. Baker is an exceptional professional. He helped us feel comfortable and took the time to explain his logic in detail. He was very friendly and competent. He did not rush us and made us feel like our case really mattered. He comes highly recommended and took the time to see us through the entire process from start to finish. His bedside manner is wonderful and his knowledge is powerful. We highly recommend him!!

Absolutely fantastic optometrist! Was kind, efficient, and honest. I wasn't sure if I needed dilation or not when I went in for my appointment. He could have chosen to do the dilation just to sell the service or make money, but instead he was up front in telling me that everything looked good and, if I wasn't experiencing any problems, it probably wasn't necessary. I also told him I was planning to get my glasses online - he took the time to explain it the pros and cons of that route without pressuring me to buy glasses right there on the spot. I appreciated how open and informative he was. Will definitely be returning!

My family has been going to Dr Baker for years, and have been nothing but happy. Recently however I have been trying to call to get an appointment for my son. The phone will ring off the hook for about three full minutes before an automated system comes on the line and says to keep waiting for the next available associate. After that I have waited over 10 minutes on three separate calls and nobody ever answers. I find it hard to believe that there is not a single Walmart employee to answer the phone. It does not matter how good the Dr is if calls cannot get through to make an appointment in the middle of a weekday afternoon. Sorry Dr Baker, you have just lost my entire family (6 of us) as patients.

Dr Baker is awesome!! He is extremely knowledgeable and takes his time explaining everything in detail. Highly recommend him!!
