Laura, the optician who helped me, is the best! She had the best energy, helped me find frames that worked for my prescription and facial features and provided helpful information on how to shop for glasses. She made my day!

The prescription had to be corrected after a couple of weeks because it was not done right. The lenses are plastic of bad material, the get blurry all the time and the frame is a very bad quality, the bolt on the left side keeps tripping, the frame opens and the glass falls down very often. In general, bad service and products. I won't ever have glasses there. This is the West Valley branch.

Pretty pricey for an eye glasses exam I decided to find another doctor that will take my insurance, if you have select health they will not take cause they are an outside network thats what the scheduler at the front desk said to me what's weird is my network also work with an out of network doctor. I saved 45 dollars booking with granger medical doctor.

My husband and I were waiting for them to call us to pick up our pairs of lenses. They never called, we had to call and ask. When we arrived to pick them up, my husband's prescription was wrong. I had also asked for trial contacts and they weren't comfortable. I asked the receptionist and the doctor and he just started saying that he could give me other ones and that they would be more uncomfortable and more expensive. I never asked about money, just if they could give me something better. I didn't say anything and left. I prefer to go somewhere else and pay what I have to pay, but to a doctor who does his job.

The lady there was so helpful and very patient. It was my first time getting contacts and wearing them and I had so much trouble taking them out but she was very helpful and nice about it. The doctor was also very nice and imformative!

Bad experience, we've been waiting forever just for a pair of "trial" contact lenses for my daughter.
And they seem to not care about it, they don't say anything, last time I spoke to the receptionist she said she will ask the doctor for a different brand of lenses for my daughter since she needs them for school and she said she will call me back with an answer and she never did, it's been about a month and a half since then and still NO word from them.
They should care more about their patients and not just take their money.
