***THANK YOU!!! WOW!!!***Thank you Bryce and Dr. Judy Tran. Since Visionworks is an out-of-network provider, Bryce, Manager, patiently contacted my insurance and he honored my insurance. He was great. Dr. Tran is the only reason that I return to this location. She simply is the very best. She was beyond patient when she treated my elderly parents years ago. I definitely remember her kindness, thank you. I trust only Dr. Tran with my eyes. She is thoughtful, professional, and beyond knowledgeable. In addition, she is personable, approachable, and thorough with her examination and explanations. Dr. Tran definitely goes above and beyond her professional duties to care for all her patients with the utmost respect and dignity. Visionworks is fortunate to have such a great team. They did an all over amazing job. Everyone was so sweet nice and helpful during the whole experience. I felt heard and comfortable during my visit. Definitely recommend anyone better than any other way place.

Completely unhelpful won't answer the phone let you leave a message or give any ability to get your prescription information and close the store early when you come to get it worst customer service ever when it comes to helping after the purchase

Dr. Tran & her team at VisionWorks in WVC are absolutely amazing. Dr. Tran is one of the first doctors who really sits with you & explains everything your eye health & eye needs. She goes above and beyond. We will be patients for life! Thank you!

I had a 10 star experience. I was helped and put to ease yesterday with Dr. Tran in the West Valley VisionWorks office. I did not know what was going on with my eye. It was a little scary. I've never had anything like that before. I was concerned it was related to a surgery I had a few months ago. Dr. Tran took care of me. She checked what needed to be checked really well, and she was very personable and explained, and put my anxiousness to rest. I have always liked VisionWorks. It has gone through some changes that I was not exactly the best fan of. But I am so happy to find Dr. Tran here in West Valley City at this VisionWorks. VisionWorks West Valley city is as conveniently located to my office as the other VisionWorks is to my house. I will be coming to the West Valley city store from here on now. If you're looking for a doctor that seems to care, does not act bored, has great energy, , seems to like her job, and is interested in the people that she helps then you need to drive to West Valley city from whatever location you are in, in the Salt Lake City Valley. Whoever reads this, thank you very much for reading it.

Quick and easy way to make an appt online, everything went smoothly, they had a great selection of glasses to choose from * I was pretty nervous prior to going in thinking there was something wrong internally in my eyes or head, so relieved now to have seen my eyes up close and now know whats going on. Thankful for them!
