Patient had a 9:00 appointment. At 9:45 a.m. we were still waiting for the "wheelchair room". To have a patient wait almost 45 minutes is unacceptable. They need to do better scheduling. I would recommend going somewhere else

I was very disappointed by the office staff there today. Dr. Pingree has always seemed so good and I and my family have been patients with him for 10+ years. They made a mistake on my wife's contact order, and when she went in to fix it they said they would order the new ones. Weeks later they still hadn't ordered them. Today I went in to pick them up and got there at 3 o'clock on the dot on a Friday. Unfortunately, they were closed. There was still a lady (the main one that runs the desk) there and she came out to tell me they were closed, and although I was picking up pre-paid contacts that were just behind the counter, there was no way she could get them for me! I am in retail and know that if I treated a customer that way I would be written up or let go. I know that in the medical profession that maybe customer service isn't as important as in the business world, but this was disappointing.

This optical shop has the best price on name brand prescription eyeglasses. The certified optician there is very skilled and knows his perfession very well.

Very attentive. Short wait.
