Cotter Robert OD

I switched eye doctors to be seen by Dr.Cotter.He is very patient,professional,explains everything in plain English so that it is easy to understand .His whole staff are friendly and helpful.I am glad I made the switch and would recommend this office to anyone. My husband recently changed to Dr.Cotter as he was so impressed with the eye exam I had..He had been with a doctor in Greenfield for years! Dr Cotter is so thorough and concerned.You feel you are getting the best eye care by going there..

These guys are the best. Dr. Cotter explains everything very well and is very friendly. The staff is very welcoming and helpful. They genuinely care about getting you the care you need. Great selection of frames and great prices. Overall I am very impressed and glad I left my previous eye doctor.

The staff and receptionist were very nice and the exam was thorough. The Doctor however, was rude and aloof. He was in the room maybe 5 minutes. Maybe he was having a bad day, but I was concerned about my vision. He blurted out that I have cataracts. Definitely no chair side manner, He stated that I should know the anatomy of the eye because I am a nurse. I cancelled my appointment and will follow up with a doctor that is more interested.

This was my first time to an eye doctor in the area. I go by personal recommendations and so I was referred here by a coworker....great choice. I made the appointment easily, arrived a little early for some paperwork and was greeted by very friendly and knowledgeable staff and doctors who explain things to you clearly and with patience. I ask a lot of questions and I love it when they get answered :) I also love that there was humor and a lot of helpful advice with no pressure to do anything you didn't want to do. That is key. Wonderful place, clean and expert. Will definitely go back and looking forward to it for the first time in my life.

When I arrived in the office, I was seen right away. The assistant did several eye exams on different exam machines and explained everything thoroughly, so I understood what was going on. I then saw Dr. Zucker. He continued the examination and also explained everything thoroughly. They both spent a lot of time with me and I never felt rushed. It was a good experience.

Most thorough eye exam I've had in over 50 years of myopia. Dr. Cotter offered very helpful suggestions regarding contact lens selection. Great staff as well.

Unimpressed. It took five separate visits for contacts, each time another wait to order, each time a disappointment. After the last, told "well that's as good as it's going to get." Found a new practice in Greenfield, I'm wearing contacts that fit great now, and I'll never go back to this one.

The staff is always pleasant and nice. Dr. Cotter is very thorough and kind. Oh and I like that I see them disinfect the area before my appointment!
