Frances is fantastic! We came in during a very busy time. While we waited, she helped a large family in perfect Spanish for about an hour. She was very profesional and patient to all of their many demands. She never lost her cool and kept a smile on her face. I can't say enough about how knowledgeable and empathetic she is. Needless to say once she got to us she took great care of us. This place is lucky to have her.

Wonderful professionalism from the whole team! Great group of women getting it done cohesively. From Lina assisting me at the beginning of the appointment to India starting some testing and explaining options to me. Next Dr. Safi provided a thorough exam and addressed all my concerns. Came in for an eye exam. When I got there everything was a smooth process. I was called in for the exam on time, everything was easy and effortless. Frances assisted me in finding a pair of glasses that fit my look. She had superb customer service and helped me with key pointers as I was choosing the right enhancements for my lenses. Ninimba helped me as well at the end, and helped make it a friendly neighborhood eye glass store. 10/10 experience.
