I made an appointment two months ago. When I arrived early this morning, I was told that Dr. Braun wasn't in the office. They claimed they had called my home, cell, and office numbers. But there is no record of those calls and no messages. So either they are lying or incompetent. I will take my business elsewhere.

I have been seeing Dr. Braun for many many years. She is fantastic, listens to what I say and communicates what I need. The techs are more than fantastic, and the front desk staff are amazing. The only negative thing is that sometimes its a very long wait. However, I always have said the best doctors are worth waiting for!

Do not recommend this practice. Wait times are way too long for an eye exam; you are looking at two hours with all the waiting and finally the exam. Dr. Is not personable or professional. Front desk staff was nice.
