I came in with an outside prescription and the older woman that the front desk directed me too from the beginning was unwilling to help. I wanted to get a quote on a pair of glasses as I've been shopping around- she had an attitude from the moment, she "greeted" me. She started with telling me to look around for a frame I liked then went to her back office and after waiting for 20 minutes I decided to leave as I was looking for a quick quote. I would've liked to come back but with service like that the impression is too strong to return. I wish I knew her name so future customers would know who to steer clear from.
