I have come to this office for many years. The location is convenient and accessible with ample parking and the selection of frames is large, varied, and always up to date. The reception staff are kind, friendly and easy to reach for scheduling and questions and the doctors are knowledgeable and available in case of an acute problem. Of particular note is staff member Lisa, a specialist in frame and lens fittings, adjustments, and problem-solving. Lisa has years of experience in this role, with wide-ranging knowledge of prescriptions, lenses, and frames that makes every visit both informative and pleasurable, inspiring confidence in her clients as they experience visual changes and adapt to glasses or contacts. Lisa's dedication to her work and the wellbeing of her clients is felt in everything she does for so many people everyday.
