Dr. Sina J. Sabet, MD, Neuro-Ophthalmologist

My husband had a critical issue with his vision and had to be fit into Dr. Sabets schedule, as an emergency. The doctor and his staff could not have been any more accommodating and helpful. Dr. Sabet is very knowledgeable and did a wonderful job of explaining the issue to us in layman's terms. His staff are all most helpful and welcoming. Going through this was upsetting but their kindness and prompt attention to the issue helped put us at ease. Thank you Dr. Sabet and staff!!!

Location is a little hard to find because you must take the stairs or elevator down one floor if you park on the main floor with the restaurants. Additionally, the bathroom is on the main floor, not the floor the office is on. Staff was professional, and Dr. Sabet was kind and diagnosed me properly. Obtaining my medical records was easy with the online patient portal. Staff were able to schedule me pretty quickly and called me as soon as the fax for my new patient paperwork went through. This paperwork is necessary for the office to enter you into their system and make an appointment for you, so fill that out ASAP. My insurance was also billed correctly. The exam took a few hours with all the testing, but I was glad to get checked out.

These People have no compassion for new patients , I have a disabled neighbor that I'm helping make an appointment as a new patient and the first thing they want is to have him go to their website and fax or mail these papers. How is an elder with disabilities supposed to go to their website, print out the forms and then fax them papers and then make the appointment? I asked them if I could print out the forms and have him take it with him. They did not want that, and showed no respect or consideration for people That are struggling in life. I do not recommend this place to anyone and hope that one day they realize that some people in this country live lonely and don't have anyone to help them out.

My first visit with Dr. Sabet was on an emergency basis referral. I was thoroughly impressed with how he quickly diagnosed a complex problem and I was grateful for his caring and soothing manner in a situation that I found somewhat frightening. I also found during this visit and some follow-up phone calls that this practice is exceptionally well-run. This was one of the most positive medical experiences that I have had.

Poor office location and is difficult to locate. Uncomfortable seating not sufficient space in the waiting room. Doctor was running behind with no update to patients by the front desk staff until we asked. It was well past our scheduled appointment time. One of Front desk receptionist clearly sounded ill but did not wear a mask even after another patient asked if she was ok and not sick. They have an absolute disregard for patients and their time. When asked we were told he is running atleast 45 minutes behind with a waiting room filling up beyond available seating capacity. As is it is difficult to schedule a specialist appointment and then to not be respectfully seen in a timely manner is inconvenient and not good practice.

After seeing many doctors I was left with unanswered questions and anxiety about what was going on with my eyesight for months. It seemed I could not find a compassionate and understanding doctor no matter where I went. I finally was referred to Dr.Sabet and was so greatly I went! Not only did he give me the answers I was finally looking for, but he helped me find a plan on the road to recovery. He was so compassionate and one of the first doctors that I felt like truly cared to help me in my situation. Needless to say, after crying in his office form happy tears, I highly recommend him if you are looking for someone that truly cares about your eye health and overall well being!
