Dr. Karen Krotine at Clarkson Eyecare in Franconia, VA is a fantastic optometrist. I've had a few appointments with her over the last couple of months and she has helped me immensely. I was previously diagnosed with a chalazion at an ophthalmologist, but I received less than desirable follow up and care, and the problem went unresolved. I found Dr Krotine online and was able to get in easily with an appointment. She is the best eye care professional that I have ever visited. She is highly knowledgeable and thorough in her approach. She takes time with her parents and doesn't rush the process. She resolved my eye infection issue and has guided the me through the process of selecting new contact lenses that are more comfortable. If you need an optometrist with a wealth of experience, knowledge, and a pleasant manner, I highly suggest Dr. Krotine at Clarkson Eyecare. The staff there is also amazing and always provides exemplary customer service and a high level of professionalism.
