LasikPlus: Dr. Neil Wills

I just wanted to share my experience with the Lasik surgery in Alexandria VA King St. I was so nervous when I was there on the day of the surgery. I remember sitting there and their telling me I'm next in line. I was so nervous I was telling myself just get up and walk out and leave. They put drops in my eyes and they told me that it will numb my eyes and I kept asking myself is it working? It doesn't feel numb lol. Dr. Neil's Wills came out and introduced himself to me and I was like well its to late now for me to walk out and leave. I expressed my feelings to him and he said don't worry ill be putting more drops into your eyes before surgery and he was notified that I was really nervous. He spoke to me through the whole surgery where it kept my mind off the surgery. I felt nothing. No pressure nor pain and it was really fast. Getting the paperwork, paying for the surgery and waiting for your turn took longer than the surgery. I woke up the next day and I wasn't sure if the surgery worked until I went to class the next day and I can see the board clearly and my instructor wasn't blurry. If any of you guys are nervous or scared I hope my tale will make you guys feel better about going forward with the surgery

It's been one month since I made the decision to get rid of glasses and contacts. My vision is better than it was with contacts or glasses. It's the perfect investment for yourself. I was nervous about lasik but the staff and Dr. Wills were friendly and answered all of my concerns.

I was a little skeptical of this procedure but more and more of my friends and peers turned to it so I decided to give it a try. I am completely satisfied with my choice and then some.
