I had an amazing first visit at Luxe Eye & Wellness! Absolutely beautiful design and decor, you can tell that they minded every little detail. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful when shopping for glasses. I ended up getting two pairs! Dr.B was great and it was cool to see the inside of my eye . Everything was top of the line and the whole place was extremely clean. 100% recommend!

I had such a great experience at Luxe Eye Care! I recently did IPL treatment with Dr. Mojde and I can already tell a huge difference -- it was absolutely worth it. She took the time to explain everything and made the whole process very comfortable. Her office is beautiful and has a very nice upscale feel, and they also have a really cool selection of frames. Dr. Mojde is extremely personable and easy to talk to, which made the visit even better. I'm very happy with my results and will definitely keep returning. Highly recommend!

A truly memorable experience! Every aspect of this office is stunning. The rooms are spacious and well-appointed. The office flow is confortable and convenient. What's more, the peaceful, spa-like feel is punctuated by the very kind and welcoming staff. The very best part of my visit was meeting Dr.Bahremand. I felt like she actually listened to me. She genuinely cares about my dry eye issues and offered me real solutions for relief. I have struggled with dry, bloodshot eyes for over 12 years now. I believe that I have tried everything: OTC drops, prescription drops, eye masks/ warm compresses, punctual plugs and could never relieve the redness and excessive watering (a sign of dry eye, apparently). Dr.B recommended IPL treatments and WOW! This works!!! I have now had two IPL and RF treatments and my eyes feel (and look) ten years younger. Pro tip: IPL is also great for rosacia and crepey skin around your eyes, too. The IPL treatments are pain free and she when she followed it up with Radio Frequency treatments it was very pleasant. Warm and relaxing. The best part is that I am now only using an occasional rewetting drop to keep my eyes feeling fresh. IPL is amazing!!! Lastly, although I went for what was a very much needed eye exam to update my contact rx, I ended up buying glasses because I found a beautiful Catch London frame. The selection of frames is unique and they have frames thar are made in the USA. Staff was knowledgeable and very engaged! They made me a progressive pair and a dedicated computer pair for the days I am not wearing contacts and working from home. The whole experience felt like a trip to the day spa, and not one of those corporate eye doc trips where you are herded like cattle into a crowded waiting room. The office was clean, modern, and inviting. There is NOTHING like it in Old Town. Highly recommended!! #TreatYoSelf

I went to Luxe for my annual exam as they are walking distance from my house and offer easy online scheduling. I was very impressed with the people, efficiency of the exam, and state of the art technology. It's a step beyond what my previous local optometrist's office has. First time I've found an independent shop in Old Town that takes insurance so I took advantage and got a great deal on glasses. They have a very good selection with a range of prices and styles including some harder to find European brands. I also found some high quality Tom Davies glasses for my husband that he loves.

Truly the best experience at an optometrist I've had! Over the years I've been to all the typical ones or those from my health insurance plans that were recommended and the experience (and glasses) just never felt quite right. This time I decided to find a place based on reviews and came across Luxe Eye & Wellness and decided to try it. The reviews did not disappoint :) The ladies greeting me and helping me pick out frames were so sweet and welcoming, and Dr. Cohen explained everything with so much care and detail while keeping the pace flowing (which was great because I was worried I'd be late to another appointment). From a timeliness, comfort, knowledge and overall experience for an eye check it was 10/10. I've already recommended my siblings try coming here for their next visit!

I had a wonderful experience at Luxe Eye & Wellness! The staff and Dr. Bahremand were amazing! I previously had been getting headaches from a presciption I got last year at a different eye doctor in Alexandria and Dr. B informed me they overcorrected and gave me a new presciption. I've been headache free since. The facility itself is very clean and chic, can't recommend enough. :)
