I had such a better experience here than I did at the Chinatown location. I'd actually sworn off this chain, but went here for convenience. The doctor and staff were all great. No one had a problem with me not wanting new glasses... except I wound up trying some on and deciding to get them, anyway. And when I did, the staff member who helped me didn't try to upsell me on anything. Will definitely go back here moving forward.

Thank you to this great staff for making my visit easy. Dont cheat your eyes, let Dr. Ward treat them. Dr. Ward has a very welcoming, warming, and calming demeanor and made my first eye exam in years, stressless. Dr. Ward listened to all my complaints, and covered and explained everything to me as a first time glasses recipient. I am so glad I chose this doctor and this location.

The doctor was wonderful but the retail staff need to work on their customer service and common sense. I came in for just an eye exam, nothing more. I haven't had an eye exam in 7 years and was pleased to find out my prescription didn't need much of an update. You have to be patient with these people. Apparently, if you do not purchase glasses on the day of your eye exam, the retail staff get snarky and pitiful about it. Ever hear of the internet? People have choices for buying glasses, whereas the exam needs to be conducted in person. In essence, you have NOTHING we need to purchase...immediately. Glasses need lead time to be ordered and made. If a customer is not interested in purchase, don't push it. Also, this location seems unorganized as the reception called me at 3pm the day before my appointment and left a voicemail that clearly stated that my appointment would be canceled if I didn't call back. I confirmed it but then the next day I get another confirmation call from the staff two hours before my appointment to confirm it again.

Many thanks to Dr. Ward, Michael, and Mimi for making our recent visit the best eye exam and glasses fitting appointment ever. Their kindness and professionalism were top notch. My wife and I were very pleased with the whole experience, and we look forward to making this MyEyeDr. store our preferred eye care needs location of choice. Thanks again. You guys are great!

Dr Ward is extraordinarily friendly, patient, kind, and knowledgable. We were blown away by her professionalism. She made us feel very at ease and answered all of our questions.

I cannot say enough good things about this practice. They checked in with me a few days before my appointment to get my insurance information squared away. I switched to this location from another MyEyeDr, so didn't have too many forms to fill out before my appointment. My pre-exam tests were explained to me, and the technician was very nice and patient. Dr. Ward is absolutely phenomenal. She was genuinely interested in my eyewear experience and why I wasn't happy with my previous contacts, and gave me solutions that worked. She was also great with the Rx testing as well, and actually gave me the space to evaluate if "3" or "4" was better during vision testing. She stressed the importance and difference between eye health and comfortable vision. I felt like she actually listened to what I was saying, and walked away from the appointment feeling taken care of. As a self-pay patient, pricing was very reasonable. They even beat out Costco for contact lens pricing which is very impressive. The staff were helpful in explaining pricing, rebates, and what I could do in case I encountered issues with the eyewear that I had purchased in the office that day. I will definitely be coming here again and recommending this practice to my friends.

I can't say enough about how wonderful the staff at this location are! They remembered me from my appointment last year and were so friendly when I walked in. They take the time to review all of your insurance coverage with you and the costs for everything so there aren't any surprises. The staff also worked with me to make sure I was getting the best possible price for what I was purchasing showing me how they price match with other major retailers. Dr. Jeromica Ward is brilliant, personable, and thorough with her exam. I will be a return customer!

The stuffs here are friendly and helpful. They definitely have knowledge of insurance stuffs and how to use it to max our customers' needs. I also like the variety of the glasses styles! I'll back for another one next year
