Jenny was amazing! She was friendly, knowledgeable and so patient as I tried on a million sunglasses. She helped me get an amazing deal on two pairs, using insurance and promotions! I visited the MyEyeDr. on Duke Street In Alexandria on 2/6/26 and had a wonderful experience. I was greeted with enthusiasm and professionalism by the front desk staff, Brooke and Daya; and received high quality care from Dr. Kouchak who suggested progressives to improve my overall vision. This location had many affordable and designer brands. Special shout-out to my optician Emily. She paid attention to my style preferences and recommended several great pairs for me to choose from. More importantly, she was incredibly patient and gracious until I was comfortable with my final selection. I also want to thank Faith and Emanuel for offering timely assistance when requested. My glasses came in quickly (1 week) and Brooke and Jenny were very helpful in making sure I was comfortable with my progressives before leaving the store. I would recommend this location to anyone looking for a professional and satisfying customer experience!!

I've been a patient at MyEyeDr for years, and I usually have a standard experience, but my recent visit at the Alexandria location on Duke Street was easily the best yet. After checking in, I was approached by Jenny Z. who told me she already knew which frames would look great on me. She was like an "eyeglass whisperer!" Every pair shed picked out fit my style and face shape perfectly. It felt like she knew exactly what I needed before I did! She held my favorites while I went through a very through exam with Dr. Kouchak. Returning back to Jenny after my exam, she helped me make the finalize my choice, without any pressure. I walked out with the best pair of glasses that I've ever owned. The entire staff was courteous and friendly. I highly recommend this location!

Dr Kouchack is the best. Ive followed him to different locations and he is always so detailed in his work. I actually came to this location for him to fix a previous prescription from Old Town location ( I visited old town 2 weeks ago and they were horrible plus the Dr send me home without even testing my contacts to see if they are a good fit). IM leaving Duke street location confident with my prescriptions and I was able to buy my contact lenses and glasses as well .
