I had such a great experience here with Dr. Ibrahim. He was incredibly personable and you could tell he knows what he's doing. It turns out I had been wearing the wrong prescription for the past three years! When I finally tried the correctly prescribed contact lenses, I felt the difference IMMEDIATELY! I'm so grateful for his thoroughness and care. Highly recommend.

I recently had an exceptional visit with Dr. A. Ibrahim and staff at the My Eye Doctor location in Old Town, Alexandria. Scheduling an appointment was super easy and convenient. I was warmly welcomed in by the front desk and the vibe amongst staff and clients was energetic and positive. Dr. Ibrahim was caring, provided a thorough exam; even tossing in a few magic tricks to make the visit more pleasant. Overall, outstanding experience and I am glad to have discovered this location for care. Highly recommend!

My experience with Dr. Adel Ibrahim was outstanding. Dr. Ibrahim was very thorough, knowledgeable, efficient and professional. During my eye exam, Dr Ibrahim took the time to explain exactly what he was doing and why he was doing it. He answered all my questions at a level that was easy to comprehend. I throughly enjoyed my appointment with Dr. Ibrahim and will highly recommended him to family and friends.

The MyEye Doctor at Old Town, Alexandria are honestly some of the best people I've met especially when transitioning into contacts after wearing glasses for a couple years. Dr. Ibrahim did an amazing job with my comprehensive exam and told me everything I needed to know about the contacts (care and instructions) as well as provide substantial insight as to why I was experiencing migraines from having past prescriptions that were not properly updated. He made the process extremely seamless and quick and I can't thank you enough Dr. Ibrahim for looking out and providing such great service. Now as far as management goes Victor did not disappoint, but even excelled my expectations with providing the most cost effective plan with the best technology their lenses can do. Thanks to both of these gentlemen for making the whole process quick, easy and most importantly reliable! I can't wait to come back and see them again when my prescriptions are up for an update!

*** I had accidentally posted this review in error previously for a different location. They reached and corrected me since it was my first time it was THIS location. My apologies to the other location in error Now ....This place is a joke. So my first time there, I order 1 pairs of glasses and BROUGHT MY OWN 2ND FRAMES FROM HOME!!!!, because I like to have a spare I just needed lenses. Even with private insurance.... they charge me over $600 for 1 pair of frames and 2 pairs of lenses. I pay with 2 credit cards. I pick them up on a Sat... the woman behind the counter cant find the glasses... it took her a good minute. Finally I get them back, both pairs have permanent marker on the glas; they didnt wipe off to mark the center of my eyes...... And after all of that ! They send me to collections for $56!??? They left permanent marker on MY 2 glasses! I paid them the money they claim and somehow i owe them more ?!?!?!?! Collections over $56 and substandard product. Im going back to Maryland to ForEyes, id rather drive over 45 mins for better quality edit.... I returned the message to the Customer relation personnel 3x in 24 hours to no reply. All of this is a good front for Google reviews but its a joke

The team at My Eye Dr Old Town are truly magnificent! Victor the manager is an absolute joy and insures that your appointment will run smoothly. Nicole greets you with a wonderful kind smile and walks you through the pre exam testing and Dr Dalsania takes his time to explain everything going on with your eyes! This visit was one of my favorites and most memorable. Happy to have finally found a new provider & team that truly exemplify kindness & customer service!

I've been to the old town alexandria location 3 times, once a year for the past 3 years. During each visit everyone has been nice, and I get the glasses and contacts that I need and they work well! This past visit I saw Dr. Adel Ibrahim, and he was great. Knowledgeable, communicated well, and had a good sense of humor. The technician was also very patient as he helped me pick out the perfect frames. Thank you so much!!!

I saw 3 different doctors there, and I was impressed with each one. I have somewhat complicated vision needs: I'm both near-sighted and far-sighted. I wanted contacts that could help accomplish that. I didn't want to pay high prices for frames, so I brought in other frames and they had no problem working with me. I'm very thankful they reside in our 22314 community with fair prices, and not boutique Old Town prices. Bravo - keep doing waht you're doing.
