Had a great experience at new era Eyecare today! The optometrist was super friendly and kind and on time. The front office staff was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful in applying my insurance and getting me the best deal possible on my contacts. They also realized that my former eye care provider had given me the wrong prescription and corrected it! Everything is sharp and fabulous now. Definitely 10/10 would recommend!

I had my first appointment here a few weeks ago and am extremely happy with the service that was provided for the eye exam. I ended up purchasing frames online and so I cannot comment on that part of the business but I would have no qualms about purchasing frames/lenses there in the future. The eye doctor was incredibly approachable and explained the different tests in detail. She was also excellent at reviewing the test results with me and was responsive to the questions/concerns about my eye health and family history. She really did a great job explaining the process and giving me options in terms of multiple prescriptions (progressive and single distance ultimately). I've never had "bad" experiences with an eye exam elsewhere but this one stood out as better than all recent experiences. Happy to see them again next year.

The glasses are such good quality and they had such a wide range I was able to find glasses that sat nicely on my wide nose. They were even able to look up my insurance quickly and gave me such a great price. They definitely come highly recommended from me
