I had an incredible experience with Dr. Elbash and the entire team. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted warmly and felt completely at ease. The office is clean, modern, and very well-organized. Dr. Elbash took the time to explain every part of the eye exam in detail and answered all of my questions with patience and clarity. I never felt rushed, and it was clear that they genuinely care about their patients' vision and overall eye health. The staff were super friendly and quick as well!

I have a lot of respect for this eye center because the eye doctor is truly one of the best in the city--knowledgeable, caring, and skilled. However, the front desk staff really bring the experience down. They are not considerate, lack professionalism, and don't seem to value their customers' time or concerns. It's disappointing because the doctor provides top-level care, but the first impression and customer service from the front desk do not match that level. I truly hope management addresses this, because patients deserve better from the moment they walk in.

The eye doctor here is excellent -- professional, knowledgeable, and truly cares about patients. I have a lot of respect for the doctor and the quality of care they provide. However, the front desk staff is extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. They are rude, poorly trained, and completely inconsiderate of patients. Communication is terrible and they act like they don't want to be bothered doing their job. What made my experience even worse is that i couldn't attend to my appointment due to medical emergency, and I paid the late balance, yet they still sent me to collections without notifying me. No phone call, no email, no courtesy reminder, nothing. For a medical office to treat patients this way is unacceptable and shows a serious lack of integrity and basic customer service.

The doctor was good and did a good annual exam. The office is run-down and something made me have a coughing fit in one of the rooms. After I left one of my eyes was very sensitive and teared up all day. Currently the doctor is not doing surgeries so he refers people who need them out. I think he caters to Islamic patients as many of them were there being treated. Two months after the visit I received an additional bill for $42. Insurance told me the office billed it wrong and it should have been included in the office visit copay. The billing website doesn't allow me to create an account and the secretary didn't care about fixing it. Annoying.

The personalized care and attention to detail were evident throughout the visit. Overall, Premier Eye Center exceeded my expectations with their top-notch service, advanced technology, and knowledgeable staff. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of eye care services.

I was referred to Dr. Elbash while sitting in an Emergency room by a Nurse who was his patient. After waiting hours for a Doctor she came to me and suggested I see him because my issue looked serious and there was no telling when I would be seen. Dr. Elbash saw and treated me right away and I know it's because of him I did not loose my eye sight that was over 15 years ago and I have been his patient ever since. I have also referred Family and Friends because he truly cares about his patients and his staff are always kind and professional. Thank you Dr. Elbash

Dr. Elbash has been our eye doctor for a couple of years now - he was a referral from our previous eye doctor who retired. He is clearly very professional and treats us with concern and honesty. He listens to any issues we have and we cannot be happier with the service.
