The staff was very irresponsible. My order took almost three months, and I did not receive a single call, message, or update. When I contacted them, they simply said they were looking into it but never provided any proper response. Very disappointing!

One star is generous. Last year, there were issues with me getting my contacts because they forgot the unit number for my address and it was returned to them Today was the worst experience I've ever had. I showed up and was told they needed to verify my insurance and claimed they couldn't pull anything with the benefits code because it was now 3 digits and last year it was 4. I waited 15 minutes for her to call me over and tell me they needed to get an authorization for me to be seen but she didn't know how long that would take. She told me they might be able to see me later today but no guarantee. I've been using My Eye Dr for over 10 years and this was by far the worst customer service I've had. Now they're delaying my ability to get more contacts. It wasn't just the insurance today that was off putting, the girl at the front desk wasn't very approachable from the moment I walked in. I called my insurance and was told the office was in network and didn't need any authorization. If only they had picked up the phone to call the insurance themselves. A huge waste of time today. I will not be going back and will be finding a new eye doctor to go to from now on.
