The receptionist who checks patients in is truly the worst. Communication was poor, with incomplete or dismissive responses that left me confused rather than assisted. Customer service was non-existent--there was no courtesy, warmth, or willingness to help, which made the interaction uncomfortable and frustrating. Basic expectations, such as greeting visitors, providing clear information, or showing attentiveness, were not met at all.
Overall, the receptionist failed in every essential area of their role, and my experience was negatively impacted as a result. You don't have to ever worry about me being a patient at this practice. Frustrating experience in every way.
