I scheduled an eye exam and, upon arriving at the store, an employee told me I was not eligible for an exam until July because my prescription supposedly had not expired. This information was incorrect -- I was eligible for an exam, lenses, and glasses. I was turned away based on misinformation. Additionally, when I asked about purchasing Meta glasses, I was told the location did not carry them and that I would need to go to the Tyson's location. I drove to Tyson's specifically for this, only to be told upon arrival that they also did not have the glasses in stock. This resulted in unnecessary travel and wasted time due to inaccurate information from your staff. I called back today to address the issue, and the employee I spoke with was very nonchalant and did not seem concerned about resolving the situation. When I asked to speak with a manager, I was told the manager would be in tomorrow. When I asked what time, I was told no one knew because the schedule was "random," which I found difficult to believe. At no point did the employee attempt to check with anyone else or provide a helpful alternative. Overall, the experience felt dismissive and unprofessional. I'm disappointed by the misinformation and the lack of customer service, and I would appreciate follow-up from a manager to address this situation.

I'm extremely disappointed with how this VisionWorks location handled my appointment. I had a confirmed appointment scheduled, and just a few hours before it was supposed to happen, they cancelled it without my consent...all because I asked a few reasonable questions about payment and insurance coverage. Instead of simply answering my questions or clarifying how the charges worked, someone from the office decided it was easier to just cancel the appointment altogether. There was no courtesy call to explain, no offer to reschedule, and no professionalism in how it was handled. It's very unprofessional to cancel on a patient the same day, especially when they've already made arrangements to be there. I wasn't being rude or difficult, I was just trying to understand what I'd be paying for before showing up, which is a basic right as a patient and customer. The lack of communication and respect here really says a lot about how they treat people once money becomes part of the conversation. If you value your time and expect clear communication and respect as a paying customer, I would not recommend this VisionWorks. There are plenty of other eye care providers who actually care about their patients and don't cancel appointments last minute just because someone asks questions.

Was graded as soon as I walked through the door, the young lady that greeted me also did my pre-eye exam so that was pretty cool. Once I finish my exam with the doctor, I was notified that I can go outside and then I picked my frames. A person that completed this process for me at the end was pretty sweet as well. She was funny and that made the experience a little bit more light-hearted given the fact that I haven't had glasses in over 20 years. Kudos to this place.

Everything, from when my husband and I step into the store. We had no appointments, just walked in and we were treated nicely. Spoken to in a very professional manner. Also I have to add for us without an appointment, we were not rushed at all. We will definitely be using vision works in the future. Thanks for the welcoming and warmth experience

Dr. Joanne Nguyen is AWESOME! She explained to me the entire procedure and defined everything. I have never had a doctor do that. She gets 500% professionalism and customer service that knocks it out of the park!

My appointment time was honored without excessive waiting. The doctor was great and very informative. All the staff was helpful and polite; they made you feel valued as a customer.

Staff was very welcoming and friendly. They answered all of my questions and did not make me feel rushed. I felt very taken care of. Overall a great experience!

Visionworks staff were very professional and efficient. The doctor answered my questions as well as the orher associates. My wait time was very minimal. I will continue going to Visionworks for my eye needs.
