This is a great establishment! I got top notch and personable service during all levels of engagement, from the pre exam, eye exam, and the optician! Special shout out to Tom, Tiffany, and Quasia and the receptionists for the hard work they are doing and their friendliness to each customer. They made sure I was well and asked if I had any questions or concerns during each portion of my visit. Would definitely recommend this location for anyone looking to get new glasses or update their prescription!

Amazing experience. The entire staff was kind and helpful. I took my grandma (English is not her first language) and they were so patient. Especially Tiffany, she was amazing and really went the extra mile to make sure my grandma got the glasses she wanted.

I went to the Colonial Heights location for exams and glasses for my kids and myself. The exams went smoothly (they were remote) and the guy that did the remote exam was great. I did not get his name. He was nice and very funny and had a great attitude. The remote doctor was also very pleasant to deal with and was very friendly. He explained everything thoroughly and made sure he answered any questions we had. As far as picking out the glasses, Tiffany helped us out. She was wonderful. She had patience with all of us (it is very hard to find just the right pair of frames.) She gave us her honest opinion on everything and was very pleasant and helpful. She spent as much time as we needed and the transaction went very smoothly. When we came in to pick up our glasses, Tiffany also helped us with the fittings and she was just great to work with. I would highly recommend America's Best. I give them an A+ and Tiffany gets A++++++!!! Thanks Tiffany!! We will definitely go back when it is time for our next exam.

My appointment at the America's Best in Colonial Heights was great. I'm pretty sure I was only there for like a hour. I was in and out. Candace, my sale's associate, was so amazing!!! She helped me to get the most out of my vision benefits through my health insurance as well as my additional vision insurance. I was able to get everything I needed and saved a lot of money.

Received my glasses after waiting three weeks. When I received my glasses they were already tinted and I requested transitions. Will not be using America's Best again.

I just want to take a moment to sincerely thank the team at America's Best, especially Dr. Nguyen and Tiras, for going above and beyond during my visits. From my very first appointment on October 7th, to my follow-up on October 31st, both of them showed a level of patience, kindness, and genuine care that truly stood out. Dr. Nguyen took extra time to make sure I was comfortable and fully understood everything, even after he had already clocked out for the day. That meant a lot to me and said everything about his character. And Tiras, thank you for your professionalism, patience, and for making the entire process so easy and such a blessing. I think I must've said that word a dozen times during my appointment because that's exactly how it felt like A Blessing. I deeply appreciate the respect, attention, and care you showed me. It's rare to meet people who treat their work with heart, and you both definitely did.

I just went yesterday, I had three appointments, one for myself and my two younger children. The technician was absolutely friendly and very warm welcoming. They were very patient with my kids little chatter in between getting their eyes examined. I don't know his name, but he was a ginger gentleman with a very welcoming and kind approach to each of us individually. As for the doctor, Dr. Nguyen, he was beyond helpful. He went over expectations as he didn't try to force, strong, prescriptive, glasses or lenses that may have caused more stress on my eyes or my children's eyes, but he found it helpful and beneficial for each of us to have glasses that were more comfortable yet appropriate for a vision. The glasses may be costly, but the overall experience is definitely the one I will have to return for. The doctor and the technician were far beyond expectations the most diligent and helping you find the best prescription and kind during the examination highly highly recommend. They also take TRICARE, which is great for the local military community in the area. Super spectacular experience. And thank you for making the eye exam a positive one for both my children. Your team really set the standard high on how to be treated and not feel rushed out to get the examination done. Dr. Nguyen and his technician took the time to make sure each of us were seen without making us feel rushed or being impatient. Loved the experience will come back again.

I am always seen quickly and efficiently. Tiffany helped me with my virtual exam, and I'm pretty sure she could have done it with her eyes closed. She and D'Quasia were so polite and kind.
