This was the friendliest doctor's office visit! Each of the individuals there took time to deal with the patient's care and adapt to her needs. The doctor was professional, patient, and knowledgeable. The cost of the glasses was much lower than other optical offices she has used in a long time! I am so grateful to have found this practice!

Great customer service from beginning to end and a good selection of Eyewear. I've been having my eye exams with Dr. Jessica for the past three years and she has been awesome each time and Tory was amazing, he is very patient and knows his glasses. Shout-out to the whole Colonial Heights team!!!

The front desk staff are great, and the woman who helped me with frames and my prescription was amazing. Unfortunately, Dr. Grimes was out that day, and the doctor filling in for her is not someone I would ever return to. Her personality was very off-putting--every question and response felt like an accusation. She was no clear or technically adequate, her demeanor and strange conversational mannerisms made the entire visit uncomfortable. Something just felt off. I had previously considered leaving this practice when it switched to MyEyeDr due to a past negative experience with that company. I decided to stay only because I liked Dr. Grimes. After this visit, I won't be returning.

Used to be a good experience, but now they just want your money. The front desk was largely unhelpful, everyone unsympathetic to a glasses+contacts exam costing >$250, and now you have to check out through a used car salesman trying to hard sell you on how his glasses are the best, but they're a worse deal than at Eyemart across the street. He said I have "a very delicate prescription" and that other places can't guarantee quality like he can. Just incredibly transparent. I'll find a place that isn't corporate in the future. The tech running the exams is nothing but nice though. It'd be a 1 star review if not for her.

I had a very smooth and easy time here! They called me back for my appointment on time and it was done in under 30 minutes. Shout out to Torrey Pettigrew who helped me pick out the "perfect" glasses for over an hour. You're the best Torrey!

I have tried many eye doctors in the area and none of them have been that great of an experience. I actually had an appointment at another place that canceled the day before, after I'd already done the confirmation. I'm grateful that things worked out this way though because my experience here was amazing! The staff was patient and understanding. The appointment was quick and they had great deals so I got a year of contacts and glasses for under $400. Truly the best in the area!

I don't know that I've ever had a better eye doctor experience and I've been wearing glasses and contacts since the 70s and 80s. From the quick and convenient online appointment-scheduling, to the patience and willingness to answer questions of the professional team, and the amazing eyewear I picked up a few days after my visit, every interaction was professional, positive, and customer-friendly!

Very disappointed! Went in to pick up my glasses and the office manger said she didn't have time since she was helping a customer (the customer then proceed to look at glasses while the office manager just sat and was cleaning glasses to put back on shelf). Tech helped but didn't fix the glasses right as they sat crooked on my face. Went back a week later to have fit fixed and report that lens where NOT changing in sunlight. I was told to put them in the freezer and they "should"work then. If not then they would order other ones. Went home put in freezer and still DID NOT WORK! I drive 50 minutes to get to this place and they act as if it is an inconvenience for them to give me the product I paid for. They have ordered new lens but apparently didn't have them expedite them. So now I'm waiting on my lens that I will then have to make a third trip to "hopefully" have them correct. I will NOT be returning here. Very upset with the way this has been handled since it will most likely be 6 weeks until I can get my glasses that I ordered.
