I will never go to another business for eyewear! This place was amazing! Blew my mind how fast and efficient and the quality of the eyewear is beyond what I could imagine only paid for the transitions because I could use my insurance which was unbeatable! You have gained 3 new customers as well as my daughter who was the original reason I found them. Just amazing. Way to go eye mart express! Much cheaper than the 300$ a piece I pay for me & my kids glasses before we found you.

We worked with Channel. She was awesome! My daughter broke her only pair of glasses and needed another pair immediately. Channel, another lady who I think was the manager (who was really nice too) and the lab stayed a little late to make sure she got her glasses the same evening. We highly recommend a visit if you are in need of glasses.

Dewain was wonderful!! He totally understood the assignment.. he was very knowledgeable and patient and really sold me on why I want to do business with Eyemart. I was very happy with the selection of eye glasses they had. And the prices were overall priced fairly., and With insurance, and they even honor the Military, with a 20% discount off your total price.. that SOLD ME.. the only thing Im gonna complain about is HOW HOT IT IS IN THERE!!!! I WAS MISSERABLE!!!!!.. there isnt any reason why someone should have to sit in a building thats 75 degrees!!! 70 is a perfect temperature, if it isnt comfortable to those that work in the environment, then they should bring a sweater to work..

I can't speak enough about the service and the quality of the glasses I received at the EyeMart Express in Colonial Heights. I had been purchasing my glasses from my ophthalmologist's office but found nothing I was really crazy about and even with really good vision coverage the price was quite high. EyeMart Express had a great selection of frames. The service was prompt and they were very knowledgeable about the options available. Tericka was personable, professional, and very informative. The glasses arrived as promised and I even got an extra pair of prescription sunglasses for only an additional $19.95. So I got a pair of glasses I love and an additional pair of sunglasses and saved at least $200 from what my ophthalmologist office were charging for one pair. Thank you Tericka! I will definitely be back! (P.S. I hope I spelled your name correctly.)

Quick and friendly service. We came to pick up my son's glasses and he couldn't see out of one of the lenses. The gentleman that helped up (I forgot his name but he uses a cane) figure out the problem and they re-made that lense. The glasses were ready again in less than half an hour. We love coming here.

We like coming here because they have a large selection and the technicians are always friendly. They always go above and beyond to help you even if it's just an adjustment to your frames.
