After a bad experience with another vision firm I scheduled an appointment with Dominion Eye Institute. I should have started with this firm. From my initial contact for scheduling I have been so impressed. During all phases of cataract evaluation the staff displayed a genuine concern for me to understand each test and the findings. Thoughout the entire process I gained a thorough understanding of what cataracts are and the impact on my quality of life. Do to my history of eye injuries I have been extremely cautious of any action regarding eye care. Dr Parikh dispelled any anxiety I had about cataract surgery. After completion of the test and consult with Dr Parikh I have complete confidence in the care he and his staff will provide me. I have no hesitation in recommending Dr Parikh an Dominion Eye Associates as the ultimate care provider.

Professional with a great staff! Go to an optometrist if you want a refraction (prescription for glasses). Funny, in 60 years of glasses wearing, this is the first time I had to press for a prescription (and it was $50 extra).
