I had cataract surgery with Dr. Michael At the Stony Point surgery center, everything was very well-organized. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. They answered all of my questions. I had a follow-up appointment The next day at the Commonwealth Eye center in Colonial Heights, again, everyone was wonderful. The doctor that I saw fot my follow-up answered all of my questions.And concerns, they did a thorough examination.I would highly recommend this practice to anyone who needs cataract surgery.

New patient here. I haven't seen a doctor here yet I had an appointment 27 Jan 26 due to the weather conditions my appointment was canceled. When I called to reschedule the next available appointment was in March which I find absolutely ridiculous. I've already waited pretty much a month for the first appointment.

I initially went for edema, but no had cataracts. Ok, 11 months after cataract surgery, out still can't see, I have horrible eye pain and now headaches! All they can say is the lens looks great!! It's your eyes, it's the glasses! I wore 1 pair of glasses to drive and now I have 3 I can't read a word or road sign anywhere with!! No one so far can help me with 3 overpriced prescriptions for dry eye with!!! More steroids! Don't trust these people with your vision!!'

The staff isn't very friendly they refuse to see me because of a past due bill which was $183.00, they never ever try to set anything so I was able to see the doctor. Also, my co insurance hasn't been meet so they have to bill me for my co pay, but the finance department says it has to be paid doing the time time of the visit and it was there policy I ask for copy of it and they don't have one I'm confused.

Their friendly and caring manner put me at ease right away. All tests were explained to me in a way I could understand and questions were encouraged. There was little wait time as well.
