Dr. Michael was great when he performed my cateract surgeries in 2022, so I knew he would be a great choice for my mother when we moved her back east from CA, to treat her glaucoma. She loved him right off. Staff is friendly, and efficient. Highly recommend CEC.

Dr. Michael is awesome! This was my first time having him. The optometrist that did by right eye was out and he was able to take my appointment. I have NO doubt that he is going to be perfect. His bedside manner is awesome and I really appreciate how he made me feel so comfortable about the surgery.

Dr. Michael's was so fantastic!! He was very good at explaining what was going on, answering all my questions and made me feel very comfortable and well taken care of. The rest of the team from check-in to the assistant and techs were equally great. Very nice, great communication skills and overall good customer service. I had an appointment for the second time in the Colonial Heights location , I wasn't so satisfied the first time due the unprofessional reception back in February her disposition was not pleasant at all. The visit felt unfinished and quick. I'm unsure of vision after my surgery on both eyes cataracts/glaucoma and I get refuse service at the same location because of a past due amount which I agreed to set up something on my visit today in order to see the doctor, the receptionist said that whoever said spoke to on the phone stated that the full amount had to be paid in full in order to see the doctor. So the receptionist rescheduled it for a later day/time.
