Today my daughter's glasses broke while she was at school. My husband picked her up and took her to get some new glasses. They were able to get 2 pairs of glasses ordered that will be ready this week. (At another store, they were told it would take 3 weeks.) They were also able to take some wire frames and use her current lenses to fix a pair of glasses so she can see until the new ones come are ready. The customer service was excellent and so were the prices. We will definitely use them again in the future. Thank you One-Hour Optical for a wonderful experience.

Took my disable mother here. Staff was fantastic with her. Took their time and she got just what she wanted. They were ready in 1 hour when we returned. He did a couple small adjustments and I have a very happy mother. And we only spent $68 !!!! They never tried to up sell her or push any expensive stuff. This is a great place to do business.

I've been a customer with one hour optical for years and the service was always great with satisfying results. My last two visits not so much they were not very helpful and I felt rushed when it came to choosing my frames. They treated my son the same way it was very disappointing. Time to move on from one hour optical no thanks !
