Customer service is the worst. Called Office Manager to complaint about the front desk worker. Never received a call back. Currently here now for a 3:45p appointment ffor my daughter, we were unable to use the restrooms (for patients only). Driver if you have a loved one who cannot drive home due to dilation, you will wait outside in your vehicle 1.5 hrs. Pack a lunch and use the bathroom before you go. They over book. The worst place ever. We are transferring care asap.

Last year my son was referred here after his annual eye exam identified some concerns. The entire staff at the Retina Institute was amazing. While in the waiting room it was clear my son (14 at the time) was the youngest patient. I didnt know what to expect of the staff since my son is on the autism spectrum and I want sure if the staff would understand. They did so much more. They eased his worries and answered ALL of his questions without hesitation or rushing him. He asked a lot of questions and went off on tangents but the staff was amazing. I left feeling relieved at the results and deeply moved by the care of the staff. Great patient care!
