Although I did not end up buying a pair of glasses from this store as I found a pair I liked better in another place, I still think this place deserves 5 stars for how nice and helpful the women were who were working, the speed in which they saw me, the nice selection of frames and about the only place I could buy a complete pair of lined bifocal, Transition glasses with nice frames for under my insurance budget of $200. They have genuinely nice $17 and $28 frames. If you know this Mall area you know there are at least 4 different places to look for glasses and this is one of the better places.

The service is horrible, I can't get an appointment to save my life. The old lady on the phone I was speaking with says, "call the doctor, and they will make you an appointment." Which I am sure is in her job description. I shouldn't have to call the doctor to make an appointment. She should really get fired. This call was on March 25, 2023, at around 10:30A. M... Stay safe and see you around. When I go to Walmart.

I honestly can't thank these ladies enough, for the credit they deserve. So I broke my glasses in half. We went to America's best up the road by target. They wanted with protection plan. 65 dollars just the frames. We decided to go to Walmart. All I needed is the lens popped in some new frames so I can see again...after the lady looked at a few glasses to see if they fit. She found a pair for 17 dollars (no tax). Definitely get a second opinion. No wait time, the place was clean, ladies were exceptional when it came to service. I was in and out within 10 mins. Thank you Walmart!

I spoke with Jasmine at the doctor's office and she was so nice! I scheduled my appointment with her to get an appointment for new glasses and she pulled up my insurance so quick. Most of the time you get a surprise bill lol she was so sweet too! Keep her around lol I've had some TERRIBLE experience with doctors offices

I would give zero stars if I could. We recently moved to Virginia, and we've been to this eye center twice during "normal operating hours", as indicated on the store window. Both times they were closed, and the one time the employee sat in the store bumping her gums with people who weren't there to place an order.
