Front desk took care of my insurance accurately and finally found a place that doesn't mess that up. Dr Nguyen is also a great eye doctor and very intelligent. The best eye care I've gone to.

Dr. Nguyen and his staff are the best! Have been coming here for a few years now and have always had a smooth, efficient, and pleasant experience. Dr. Nguyen is always professional and caring, while also remembering even the smallest details about his patients. Highly recommend this practice for anyone looking for a fairly priced and reliable optometrist in the area!

I called VSP Insurance they indicated True Vision was in network with them. I called they said they would call VSP I had to call multiple times the lady working there said the only reason she would try and call VSP is because the Optometrist told her to. She said she tried to call VSP but could not get an authorization. I ran 10 minutes behind Saturday to see the Optometrist closing 50 Minutes later the lady again working there said the Optometrist had to leave earlier. It was a bad experiences for me

I have referred a lot of people here I feel comfortable staff friendly and the doctor is brilliant I love this place have come for years

I've been a customer here my whole life, but today's experience was awful. The front desk, a young lady with glasses and brown highlights specifically kept blocking me from getting temporary contacts, which I always get when my glasses are broken. She lied about the doctor's availability, belittled me, and she repeatedly told me, "There's nothing the doctor can do," without bothering to check and it felt as though she wasn't making any effort to help me. I spent unnecessary time (1 hour& 30mins) waiting for the doctor to 'return,' even though, as the doctor himself confirmed, he was available. It wasn't until another receptionist returned from their break that I was finally assisted and able to get the answers I had already asked the first receptionist. I lost valuable time. This place could greatly benefit from more compassionate and patient staff.

Very efficient practice. I was able to be seen in less than a week, and the whole appointment (eye glass exam + contact lens fitting) took about 30 minutes. My prescription has always been a nightmare (high index + astigmatism) to fit, with me normally having to be dilated, and ending up with distance vision of 20/40 or 20/50 correction. I ended up with 20/25 and it is amazinggggggg how much I haven't been able to see . I wish I had discovered Dr. Nguyen sooner. Here's an update. My first trial lenses were not a good fit - one eye is drier than the other. But I voiced my concerns, and he ordered a second trial. These are my dream lenses. I stare at computer and phone screens for 15+ hours a day, and my eyes are never too dry or irritated once I take them out. I also ended up on an unplanned work trip for 4 days where I couldn't take out my lenses. My eyes stayed happy. It is a bit of a hike from Arlington, but it is only 5 minutes away from the awesome food choices available at Seven Corners/Eden Center.

Dr. Nguyen was exceptional! He had great bedside manner and he was very precise and assuring. It was by far the best eye exam I have undergone. Wish we had found this place sooner! At 1/3 the cost of other establishments for an eye exam we are happy to support a small local business.
