I just spent 40 minutes at this provider, 30 minutes past my appointment time and hadn't been seen by anyone. When I finally asked when I would be seen, they informed they were still looking for my insurance (which I provided both when I made the appointment online and upon arrival).
At this point, I had no more patience with the lack of communication and not being seen, so I told them nevermind there are other providers and left.
I had been going here for years, but something changed, all new people in the office and zero customer service given. I won't be going back, there are too many other options for optometrists in the area.

Fantastic experience! I took my son for his first eye exam, so I wasn't sure what to expect, but Dr. Valera gave one of the most detailed and caring checkups we've ever had. Came here to have a normal checkup and my visit was pleasant and very informative. I found out more about my prescriptions and what will help me. Total rip off. After calling twice to confirm that only a copay was needed for an exam for contacts and glasses and providing insurance information they then said my visit only covered glasses. Then they deflected blame to insurance when they didn't properly look it up. Then it gets better. before the exam they say it's $25 but at the end of the visit add an extra $39 for pictures that I didn't ask for.
Do not go to this place they are deceptive to make a buck and I've never had this type of experience at an eye doctor in my lifetime.
