Karla and Dr. Farouq are so warm and welcoming that you immediately feel at ease when you walk in, almost like you're meeting up with old friends. Both Karla and Dr. Farouq are extremely knowledgeable and were able to answer any questions that I had and advised me about glasses/contacts that would address my vision needs, while also taking into consideration my own personal preferences. They have gone above and beyond with their professionalism and courteousness. The store itself is clean, bright, and decorated beautifully. I have relied on SharpVue EyeCare in Forest, VA since it opened, going there for the excellent optometry services provided by Dr. Farouq. I have some special eye conditions and rely upon the doctor to advise me on possible solutions and helpful hints. SharpVue is great for contact lenses, including specialty lenses. Dr. Farouq is patient, friendly and obviously well trained in her profession. Karla, her office manager always provides a friendly greeting and helps me keep track of my upcoming appointments. I think pricing is reasonable for the level of professional care provided by SharpVue and give them an unqualified 5 star rating.

This place is amazing, hands down. As someone who's not originally from the area, this place makes me feel welcomed and cared about when it comes to my eye health. The ladies that work there are absolutely amazing, the professionalism is amazing, and the customer care is phenomenal. The only way to describe what it's like to be a patient here is to see for yourself, but as someone that's had many eye doctors I highly recommend this establishment. Dr. Farooq and Karla are wonderful. I have very complex vision problems and Dr. Farooq is literally the only optometrist who can refract and fit me properly for my contact lenses as she specializes in fitting bitoric gas permeable contacts. I have told her that she can't retire until after I've left this earth.
