Best Eye doctor ever! Engaging, energetic, extremely knowledgeable and it's just plain fun to go see her. I love the staff too!As a bonus...great selection of frames and skincare line in her office.

This practice was recommended to me and I couldn't be happier. I was treated very well by the staff from the moment I walked in . Very nice waiting room. I felt comfortable and relaxed. Then it was my time to see the doctor and this is the best part. She made me relaxed and began the exam. Lots of modern scientific equipment for a precise evaluation. She determined I had cataracts in both eyes and proceeded to explain what to do and what to expect in very easy to understand words. Feeling satisfied I went back to the waiting room. There was a glitch in my ride home so I had to call for a new ride adding another wait of 1 hour more. The very nice woman who works there in the part of the business that fits you for new glass frames offered me a ride home. As we got ready to leave, my ride for hire showed up. I thanked her and got in my ride. Overall avery agreeable experience. If you want excellent care above and beyond I recommend this practice. Respectfully Philip Sterk

First time being to an optometrist in 20 years and couldn't have been a better experience. Everyone from the moment I stepped through the door was friendly, warm, welcoming, and happy to give knowledge. Dr. Cassis speaks to you like a person, an old friend, versus just a patient. I couldn't recommend this place more. If you are unsure, go see them! You won't regret it.

Had my regular schedule eye exam today and as ALWAYS Dr. Cassis wss Fantastic!!!! Her amazing team is very professional and really welcoming. Shawnee does a wonderful job of pre-screening you and Maria ensures you are styled with the best glasses that fits you and your budget. I really enjoy my visits and I highly recommend if you're in need of caring and professional eye services!!!!!!

had an amazing experience at Envision Ghent Optometry! From the moment I called to book my appointment, everyone was incredibly friendly and welcoming. When you walk in, the space feels warm, inviting, and genuinely cared for. The doctor is absolutely amazing--extremely thorough, patient, and clearly passionate about what they do. I left feeling confident and well taken care of. Highly recommend!

Be wary going here.... My experience at Envision Ghent was varied. I had a terrible time with the admin side and had an excellent time with the optometrist and tech. When I arrived to the clinic, I informed the front desk that I was having issues with my insurance. I requested to be billed and be sent with an itemized receipt and I was told this was possible. During the checkout process, they attempted to collect payment and I, again, asked to be billed and would pay at then. A woman from behind me, who did not give her name nor position, then interjected. She told me that I had to pay now and that is what I signed when I came in the doors. This was not true. I came early to my appointment to allow sufficient time to read all paperwork before signing. I signed saying that if I did not pay my bill within 90 days, it would be sent to collections with an additional $75. I signed saying that I will pay the amount charged after insurance and that it was my responsibility to contact insurance. I requested and was told that I would be billed so I could fulfill my responsibility with insurance. Rather than billing me, this same lady (neither front desk persons, someone who did not introduce herself to me) told me it was company policy that customers must pay half of the bill at the time of treatment. While I was not given a copy of this policy, was not told of this policy prior to treatment, and believe this policy does not truly exist, I paid half of the bill. I will pay the remainder of my bill after talking to insurance within 30 days, and before the 90 days allotted before going to collections. I was made to feel small and embarrassed at this clinic. This should not be the case for soemthing as mundane as a request of "please send me the bill". I would not return if not for the excellent care of the owner and optometrist Dr. Cassis and the tech that assisted her. They both had great bedside manner and did thorough examinations. I do hope, however, that this message reaches Dr. Cassis. As the clinic's reputation does not stand just on the clinical side but also on the front end. I left quite upset for a completely avoidable issue.

I've been going to the optometrist for years and this is they best experience I've ever had. The doctor was so kind, personable, and communicative. She took the time to educate and explain her recommendations. I'll definitely be coming back.

Dr. CassIs Is wonderful!!! I don't trust anybody but her to take care of our eyes. She is compassionate and very knowledgeable. I've been going to her for years and years and even followed her across the river.
