The best place to get your eye exam!!! I was nervous at first because I never had a virtual eye exam where there was no doctor in the office but it went smoothly and everyone was courteous and friend! Amanda at the Granby Street location was very nice our conversations about the whole process was Top-tier!!!! She even mentioned that her daughter just started to crawl and it made her so happy she's a very nice person I really suggest you bring your family and friends here I picked out a very nice pair of glasses

Great experience with the entire staff at Granby Street! Alexis helped me and she did a great job of explaining my benefits and helping me find new glasses, within my budget. It's clear this entire office works as a team. they take great pride in their work abs it shows. highly recommend!

My Boyfriend came in today for an Eye Exam and Glasses. Alexxis helped him with the entire process and she was FABULOUS!! She patiently explained everything thoroughly and her Customer Service was exceptional. Thank You Alexxis!!

I worked with Alex. They were beyond patient and helpful. I probably would not have returned back to this location for glasses if it was not for Alex. For insight, I had to go to LensCrafters because your virtual optometrist was unable to write me a prescription. Alex was going to assist with getting an appointment scheduled at this location with the optometrist. While trying to schedule my appointment, Alex asked another associate Gionni how she can schedule my appointment. Rather than answering her question, Gionni responded with things like " you don't need to do that right now". There was a level of "mansplaining" that occurred from Gionni in front of customers that was very off putting to me.

My associate was Morgan and she took excellent care of me, she was very patient through my indecisiveness , very knowledgeable, and overall the best customer service ever. Thank you for a very pleasant experience I give Morgan 5 stars and more.......

Me and my guy went to Stanton Optical in Chesapeake, VA on Volvo Pkwy today. We were strolling the shopping center for a cupcakes. Walked into Stanton Optical and was greeted by a energetic Kalen Williams. He was so kind and professional.! We had so many questions! I have been a patient with MY EYE DR for more than 5 years. Kalen was so professional and attentive that I could see that he truly did care. (Side note...I am a licensed Dispensing Optician. Haven't practiced in close to 9 years) This was byfar the best experience I've experienced with someone in the industry. If you need eye care needs, I recommend Stanton Optical! Make sure to ask for Kalen!

I was actually overdue in having to get some eyeglasses by the time I started to go to My Eyelab in Norfolk Virginia on Granby Street. Yesterday I came in to pick up some blue colored eyeglasses that fit me perfectly and the employee who helped me with my order eyeglasses prescription and order has a very welcoming, wanting to help, and pleasant demeanor. For viewers considering both an eye exam and prescription they work with your budget andor insurance situation when you go in for you eye exam and eyeglass selection. That is another feature I greatly enjoy luckily the same person who was there for me yesterday when I picked up my eyeglasses was also the same person who helped with my eye exam and eyeglass selection previous days before. I also enjoyed how fair and helpful she was in helping me to select the eyeglasses tailored to my money budget and occupational situation when I described the type of eyeglasses I was looking for in order to keep my eyeglasses on safely while performing the essential duties for my current employment. This My Eyelab place is perfect for both excellent customer service and affordable eyeglasses (even if you are purchasing them mainly out of pocket from money made from your current place of employment compared to traditional healthcare insurance).
