America's Best Contacts & Eyeglasses

Used to get my glasses at the cheapest places, and got what I paid for. I discovered America's Best a few years ago in an effort to get my old glasses fixed. The folks there did such a wonderful job fixing the frames, even though I didn't buy them there! So when it came time to get new ones, I purchased my glasses there and got even better service! My eye exam was quick and complete. Then I selected new frames from a fairly large collection in-house. The employees there are always courteous, genuine and make certain my glasses fit properly, and are what I needed for my vision! And pricing? Nobody even came close ! I think I saved more than $100 on my progressive bifocals! This is now my second visit to America's Best in Staunton, and I am so very Blessed to be able to see clearly again :)

Update: I thank the company and give them credit for reaching out to me about this. My problem is solved, I have glasses from another company, but at least they are taking things seriously and are willing to help. I sincerely wish the Staunton location complete success as well as it's employees, and I feel confident that they will succeed and get the training that's needed. --------------- For lined bifocals, several years my family used the Waynesboro location and had excellent experiences. They get 5 stars. For the 4-5 times we used Staunton, up until the last time, I would give them the same rating. The crew seems to be new in the last year or so, and while they are helpful and nice as can be, I had to get a refund. Twice I returned my glasses for correction. The first time they came back as single vision, absent the lined bifocals, the 2nd time they came back, the bifocals took up the entire lens. Each of the staff, separately on different days, used the pupilometer and submitted orders for lined bifocals. Some classes might be helpful at the Staunton location on using the pupilometer or at least training them how to use the old fashioned ruler. Unfortunately, my family can't go back to that location. I waited too long for corrections, Dec. to late Jan., and it just never happened.

Stopped by here in need of little fix to my glasses. One of the gummy nose protectors came off- the staff was super helpful. They got me fixed up in no time at no charge with a big smile! Thank you for helping me out!

I have not had my eyes examine in many years. America's Best was great. Making the appointment and getting the exams was done very professionally. The staff is great very friendly and helpful

We went to Americas Best to look at frames for my 3 year old. The friendly staff is very accommodating and knowledgeable. Heather and Tasha made her feel like what she wanted mattered! Best of all she is loving her new glasses.

Went there at 10 am this morning and they were closed. No sign no nothing, just closed. No explanation. update: went today and system down after i picked all my frames they couldn't check me out. Made me write down the frames i wanted my self.

Each and everyone of the staff were great. I'm so happy we have one of these in Staunton now. The doctor was great during the exam and the tech was right there to help explain each process. Honestly, the best experience I've ever had at an eye Exam. Lots of choices of frames so I was able to quickly pick out the ones I wanted. Only had to wait a week for them to come in. Very pleased and yes I will return.

This was a refreshing experience. Sasha is a very knowledgeable and very customer friendly. No issues what so ever! Will return to this Americas Best(Staunton) over Harrisonburg every time! Been out of contacts and glasses cause I dreaded to go in there. We'll now that is not the case since I found this one. Thank you Staunton crew!
