Everyone here is always so nice from the front desk staff to Dr. crouch and everyone in between. I always feel like my exams are thorough and my questions are answered. My glasses took no time to come in and were perfect. Very highly recommend!

Appointment was great. Dr Cory and they lady that helped me pick out my glasses were fantastic!!! When I went to pick up my glasses that was a different story. The only people there were the receptionists and they were very nice. Problem is there was no fitting no how do they feel/look. Just here's your glasses have a nice day.

This office has been wonderful to work with! They are always so helpful over the phone, and I've even just popped in to make appointments or to adjust glasses and everyone is so accommodating. All of my questions and any concerns were listened to and addressed, and I felt like more than just a patient. Down to helping me pick out eyeglasses, everyone is so knowledgeable and helpful.

After making more than 5 attempts to correct the prescription in the lenses, they still haven't gotten it right. They sent me to Charlottesville to a different doctor when I asked for the original lenses to have a re check by the original doctor I had seen, they refused and stated if I didn't think he did it right then I need to go to a different doctor. The prescription is still off. During a recent phone call I was told there's nothing more they can do, yet they've already been paid almost 400 for faulty lenses and inaccurate prescriptions. I have now been attempting to call to get a refund and they aren't answering their phones so I will be filing a complaint against the Staunton office towards the staff specifically as well as the doctor that refused care. A recheck of lenses is a common request and quick appointment.The fact that they chose this level of dismissiveness over professionalism is appalling behavior.

We had a wonderful experience meeting with Dr. Crouch. He was very kind and compassionate with our daughter, and we appreciated the extra time he spent with her as she tried to learn how to use contacts for the first time. He is a warm and knowledgeable doctor and didn't make us feel rushed even though they were getting ready to close for the day and our daughter still had not mastered putting in the contacts and taking them out. He answered our questions about surgery for her lazy eye and reassured her that the likelihood of something bad happening was very low which significantly lowered her anxiety. The kind woman that helps with learning how to use the contacts was very patient with our daughter and even stayed for an hour after closing to help her pick out glasses etc. We didn't feel like we were being forced into buying anything we didn't want or need and we're very impressed with their services. Everyone was friendly and compassionate towards our daughter, and we really appreciated the time they spent with us ( especially since it was after hours ). Would recommend them for sure!

Honestly I would go elsewhere. Front office staff only care about the commission they will make off your purchase. Most frames are cheaper elsewhere anyway. Additionally they can't be counted on to hold an appointment. Book 3 weeks ago they call today (2 days before appointment) and cancel.

Would not recommend paying the extra fee to get a new pair of glasses if broken ,lost or stolen as they will not honor it. I have the paperwork still where the lady told me if they were broken ,lost or stolen my daughter could get a replacement if I just paid a fee when I bought her original pair. I called and was told because she lost them they would not cover them and that the plan was only for the frame if they were broke. That is not what I was originally told .

My first time coming to this location after relocating to the area. Service was really good and they explain my insurance coverage well! But, there selection for the frames are very limited. The gentleman who I dealt with. Said there where in the process of installing more eye glass frame displays. My reason for 5 stars instead of the 4 stars. Are a few reasons: Was that I felted welcome, the physician was actually interested in getting to know me versus just another patient! That makes me want to continue coming back!! Front desk was great and I did not feel pressured to get add ons to my frames! I was Not able to pick up frames due to vehicle problems and I am 1 hour away. I called and the front desk was able to send them to my house and I received it the following day. That I thought was pretty awesome considering my distance. At least for me! Thank you!
